Use ITHelpLive to chat with a UITS Support Center Consultant right from your desktop. In certain situations, you can also ask the consultant to remotely assist you.
This service is available to Windows, Mac, and Linux users. Once you connect to ITHelpLive, you can choose the level of security and access you want the consultant to have.
